Account & Profile Information: Display name, email address, phone number, profile photo, bio, preferred football positions, skill level, and spoken languages.
Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise or approximate location data to display nearby football pitches, facilities, and active matches.
Facility Manager Information: Business name, facility logo, operating hours, amenities, and venue address details.
User Content: Uploaded payment receipts, match notes, and profile avatars.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide, improve, and secure the Jogona platform:

To facilitate match bookings and organize player rosters.
To display nearby pitches and match events based on your location.
To process facility manager requests and verify venue operations.
To communicate match updates, notifications, and account alerts.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:

With Other Players: Your public display name, position, skill level, and avatar are visible on game rosters you join.
With Facility Managers: Relevant player booking details are shared with facility managers hosting your match.
Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication, database storage, and secure hosting.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You have full control over your personal data:

In-App Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time via Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
Data Scrubbing: Deleting your account permanently removes your email, phone number, avatar, and personal details. Your name on past match records is anonymized to "Deleted User".

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and secure Google Cloud Firebase infrastructure to safeguard your information against unauthorized access.
